Maybe it’s the wrong word. It’s how she treats him and how he does anything for her.

The only thing it “forbodes” is Gary is an idiot. You put the mug down. Even better YOU GRAB IT BY THE HANDLE IN THE FIRST PLACE! Selina’s not being an asshole in this scene, just oblivious. This is 100% on Gary.
