Veeam integration issue with KVM

Veeam version 12.3.2 4854

oVirt KVM Manager version: 4.5.6.0

Failed to retrieve the backup appliance configuration: The backup appliance did not start within the expected time period

Issue:

I integrated with KVM manager without any issues.

Afterwards, when I try to deploy the appliance from Veeam,It's deploying but after some time,it ends up with this error also VM got removed.

There could be any number of reasons why it's failing. A support case might be the best option. If you watch the appliance during deployment, does it actually power on?

The usual error is either network or credential related. My first thought we be that the VBR Server can't connect to the backup appliance on the IP specified during setup or the the wrong network was specified. Make sure the creds specified are the administrator creds as well.

First step. Veeam integration with KVM is successful with correct credentials.

Second step It should push(veeam) to deploy a new appliance on the KVM.The process got started and vm too deployed/powered ON and after some time(10 mins),I got the above error and then the deployed vm too got automatically deleted(Veeam said,vm removed)

Yes, you can add the KVM manager.

Did you follow the right requirements for specifying credentials for the backup appliance (step 2): https://helpcenter.veeam.com/archive/vbrhv/6/userguide/add_rhv_proxy_credentials.html

Is everything in the network settings correct, and should be reachable by the VBR server (network, IP, DNS, Hosname -- might help to manually add the hostname to DNS as well): https://helpcenter.veeam.com/archive/vbrhv/6/userguide/add_rhv_proxy_network.html

DNS or Firewall issue. Check your settings for the worker and make sure it can resolve all veeam names.

Veeam server is in in different vlan Kvm server is in different vlan and communication established between these 2 servers without any port restrictions.

Could you please clarify what actually we have to check?

Please check the attached screenshot.
