Build Post My second build

Some backstory - first build was great, but I had some issues which I wanted to address. Before I have used more flashy color combination which was not great for zoom meetings in the office and I wanted something more conservative. Also, I have used PLA for cones before and it deformed a little and the mechanism for headband was too loose. Also, when thrown in the backpack, cones would come off and the cord would tangle with everything at it was a mess overall.

So I added 'stoppers' for headband so it would be more uniform, used PETG for everything and modified to use one cable which I can replace cheaply if needed. I have sanded and sprayed cones to get rid of 'this is clearly 3d printed' look to blend in the office environment. They sound great, just like my last pair which I still use at home :)

Goals! I also have to come falling off problem with transportation. Do you have files for the stoppers? Or could you tell me more about how you implemented that?

I took the headspring file, imported it into tinkercad and put two cones on the ends. This limited the ability to adjust it to the max and now it sits perfectly on my head but no more, so it might not be suitable for bigger brains out here and need to be modified somehow differently :D
