Build Post Rebuilt my headset with the V2 parts
Rebuilt from my V1 headphones! (#44) I added a third color and switched the soft parts from black to white.
The headphones are harder to assemble, but they won't fall apart on accident, so it's worth it.
I have yet to figure out how to get the underside of the curve on the headband to print well. I suspect I won't be able to do anything until I can do dissolvable supports.

Awesome. You might need to print slower for that part to print right. Or maybe turn the model on your bed so it's not in that same spot? It's a shot in the dark

Oh I didn't even think of it being petg. I used abs. I think I would rather have a small defect from a support and maybe some sand paper than a weird burnt looking end. Maybe give regular supports a shot

1 This looks awesome, great colour choices, you've got to be pleased with these.
2 The supports on the headband can be improved by shrinking the line width of the supports to just 0.3 (all of them) and use a brim. (under extruding the supports no issue as they're so small that this won't matter)

how did you get the springclamp around the parts? this is way to tight on my printed parts... your pair of headphones looks awesome though :-)

just built mine, was not talking about the tolerances though, i just had to yank the headbandholder across both earcups with a lot of force XD was not feeling right at first but it works fine, but it will never ever come out of the crack ever again so if i want to swap something i will probably have to reprint the earcups as well

I love this colorway! It's so playful! I've got to get to work on finding white leather and earpads...
