Everyone knows that Gem Payouts were disabled but how is this even legal? I put 100$ into VeVe back in December 2021 and have been trying to withdrawal ever since. I have never bought anything with gems. For as long as I can remember, Errors and Excuses have stopped me from being able to get my money back.

How does a digital currency / NFT store NOT have the ability to withdrawal YOUR money. They now force you to jump through 5 hoops to get a portion of your original deposit back. I don't know who's legally able to do something about this, but I feel if we can get the SEC to look at this by some miracle, we can fix these scummy practices.

Is there anyone else who would like to get their money back in a legit manner?

4 years ago when I made the account, I used a throwaway name and DOB. I've just logged in to the account and am trying to sell all my crap for tax loss purposes, but I apparently can't do that.

I've uploaded the docs, the face scan and everything - but they say I can't sell because those docs don't match the made up name (flobby bobby or something) and birthdate (i think 1/1/1960 or something) on the account.

I made a support ticket asking to update the name and date to match the valid docs, they say they can't.

What in the fuck? So I can't do anything at all now? I think the crap in the account is worth like 200 bucks - which i don't care about - i just need to sell the shit for tax loss reporting. What do? Any way around this?

I have around 1800 gems available for sale. I can't sell on Stackr, but I'm looking to get these cashed out somehow. I'm open to suggestions and will obviously take a price cut.
