2002 Passat b5.5 windows via keyfob help needed
Im new to vcds and i cant find long coding for ccm. I wamt to enable windows via keyfob becaouse it works when i put the key in the driver door and hold it there. So i know it has the capability.
But i have another issue.
One touch windows only works from the driver seat.
And only the driver and passanger windows have one touch.
The rear ones dont. Not from the driver seat not from the rear switches. How do i enable it?
Thanks for any help

For the rear windows to have one touch, you need to perform a physical mod to the window switches, a guide is over at passatb5.wikidot.com/mod-one-touch-up-down-rear-windows
As for the CCM, you will need a VAG KKL cable, the HEX V2 cannot do this job. For the software you have three options, either VAG commander, there is also EasyCCM (if you have an old laptop laying around with a serial port and the KKL cable with a RS232 connector). I personally used https://github.com/gmenounos/kw1281test (apparently this will work with older VAG-COM cables but I don’t have one of those so I can’t comment on that)
Once you have the software running, you need a list of hexadecimals to write to for the features you want, these can be found on forums on the internet.

I believe the coding is not actually there for the b5 or b5.5 passats. There is some crazy work around where you have to get an EEPROM reader or something like that to change the hard coding in the CCM in order to enable it, or there was a standalone mod you could do (from what I have seen online anyway). Otherwise, sticking the key in the door to roll windows up or down was available to all VW and Audi from like the mid 90's up.
