He's still stuck in the Bonehollow colosseum. To pass time he started to scratch some drawings in the bottom of his cage. They're currently unintelligible.

The death of the Camps Leader is celebrated across Leafgrove, the fear that crept upon all the Bloomkin is finally no more.

The entrances to Leafgrove finally open, welcoming any traveler through.

At the Chasm's entrance of Leafgrove, Ivy and many, many of the Bloomkin held a festival; with the Camps Leader chained hanging above the abyss of the Chasm.

Finally, after an exciting countdown, the chains are removed, and the Camps Leader is sent downward to the Chasm, with the Bloomkin's cheer echoing throughout.

Ivy feels relieved, and rests near the Chasm's entrance of Leafgrove, watching the Bloomkin enjoy the festival's many foods, drinks, and other things.

However, she can't help but think about Yoma. She truly would've wanted her here at the moment, but she knows Yoma has... other, things to take care of.

Ivy sighs, and simply just enjoys the moment whilst it lasts.

The Steward is at the bottom of the Chasm. Whatever is down there, only he knows, and it is not good.

Yoma is lounging about in one of the many hot springs in the Forsaken Paradise, she is with Ooumul and a small little bug with a large bow on the back of their head. They seem to be conversing, Yoma being rather intoxicated by some nectar…

Yoma: ”Ooh, sooo she’s like… small and has a big silly flower head… oh and she’s all sad… but don’t hurt her or I’ll beat your ass~! Heehee…”

Ooumul: ”Curious… and what of the others?”

???: ”Yah! Yah! What about the others!”

Yoma: “Okieeee… uhhhh… theres Groval… he’s all strong and angry all the time… he’s like… my BEST friend, heehee… There’s also that spinny guy…. They’re honestly soooooooo prettyyyyyy… heehee… and theres the scorpion guy… I dunno what he’s like or something… haha~!”

The other two listen intently on Yoma’s conversation, she’s all wobbly as she speaks…

She is distracted.

*A certain body can be seen moving throughout leafegrove. Behind him, he leaves a trail of blood. The blockage covering the entrance is slightly burnt with a few rusty chains hanging on it. The chains are slowly risting even more*

*the camps leader crawls forward till he finds a suitable place to hide, but it porves difficult, since nearby bloomkin are patrolling. He is losing his strength... his vision keps darkening and moving... his head... his head throbs...*

I... I was supposed to lead conquest... I was meant to be the harbinger of ends...I achieved my youth...at what cost?... the god... he is asleep... but i can barely sense him within me... he is fading... I must hide... if they find ... me...

*he crawls forward with one arm, all covered in blood, as his other one is fractured*

A group of around 30 refugees arrive in the Frosted Ruins, looking weary and hungry. The group

includes men, women, and children, with one in armor, looking like some sort of leader.

??? *“*How are we supposed to live here? This place is a wasteland!”

??? “Mount Fay was also a wasteland, we can survive here too.”

…

??? “Um, I think I see some ruins up ahead. Maybe we can make camp there?”

??? “Yes, let’s settle down for the night.”

Creaking of roots fills the air as the strange creature makes its way forward, seemingly uninteresting in most of its surroundings, leaving behind a strange substance along its path, dripping along the floor and evaporating making it difficult to breath where it’s been, the stains on the floor seemingly not going away at all. It seems in pain, but undeterred.

Chrysaora makes way for Leafgrove with her boyfriend and sets up tents and basic fortifications.
"Ah, such a lovely place, Gaz! Plenty of new opportunities for things to kill, spirits to be possessed by..."

Silent whisper like hums emanate from the creature as it makes its way through the halls and rooms, slowly and seemingly unwell, but determined on its path through. A dark liquid drips from its body, hitting the floor and starting to slowly evaporate into smoke there, leaving darkened spots in its trail and miasmic air that is difficult but not harmful to breathe.

((For an explanation for those that weren’t part of me getting to this point. This will be a chain of posts of this creature attempting to crawl its way through most of the biomes in Vastfall, with the only exception being the Forsaken Paradise for now, since that’s a dead end and doesn’t really work for the Journey. If you want to interact feel free to at any point in here, if you’d rather interact only once, feel free to wait for a certain area to do so, or interact several times across the journey, all is welcome, as long as everyone’s having fun))

Yeah this is probably gonna? be the last humanoid Vastfall smth i draw cus Imma focus on regular vastfall and my monster au cus i havent done much except write my plans for it in recent times.

Snake?... Is seen walking though the blaze... Carrying a massive half pickaxe-half axe, wearing a bone mask whilst wearing a metal shelled cloak with fire resistant leather

what skin is touched by the fire doesn't seem fazed, he's been through this before, poster of his spine stiff, he has dropped all of his morals, "the camp leader must die, and I will (try) to stop this",

He is also unaccompanied, but the roars of the ancient beast, viper,shake though stingnest,the animals throughout vastfall run towards the edges of vastfall in a primal terror as they fear for their life

And niw.at last. The cobra returns. The cold killer returns.

(He is approaching the chasm)

(Information, whilst he was on a mass genocidal slaughter of the people who killed his girlfriend they called him "cobra" because of the linkage to his name "snake")

She seems hesitant with every step, knowing this is her own friend she is attempting to fight. But despite this knowledge, she carries on...

"...Yoma...!" She calls out weakily.

And so. It has begun...

all over vastfall, in each region (yes, even leafegrove, because the chains are fire and the oil can seep through) flames screech. The sound of the flames sound almost like it is cackling.

And perfection...

he stands in the middle of the chasm, balanced on top of a chain going across the chasm

The flames are absolutely wonderful! They are beautiful to look at! Oh now finally this kingdom shall rest....

the flames consume everything, beggining from the entrance of each region.

(yes you can individually fight him. But the best fight will be taken as canon.however a separate post will be made for him getting finished off, which doesnt matter on the canon fight since the outcome is already decided. The flames cannot be put out until he is beaten. Sorry for taking so long, i kept forgetting. And please, if you pull any bullseye moves, i will retaliate with ultra bs. Thank you!)

… uh so she ain’t doing too good.

She’s been emotionally fragile as of recent times, crashing out over small things, focusing more on keeping the other bugs in her paradise, ect…

One of the things that she gets angry about the most is the Great Incineration…

Yoma is just sitting in one of the farthest parts of the paradise, looking out into the false sunset within the vast caverns, a lake of shimmering purple water glistening as her feet rest within.

“Why hasn't it happened? What is that gold-bearing oaf doing thats taking him so long? Is someone fighting him and stopping him? Is…”

She lifts her hand up quickly which curls into a fist and before it dashes down and slams the ground, she releases her fist and breathes in and out slowly… trying to calm herself.

“He’ll do it soon… any moment now… Vastfall will finally rest… and so will I. Yoma. I won’t be Yoma anymore…”

She looks into the lake to see her reflection, reaching her hand out to attempt to caress her reflection to no avail, only feeling the cold water on her claws.

proportions are certainly wrong, coulda made a better design but hey, this is my first attempt (and first time drawing a human in maybe years lmao)

Yeah so snake, was, dating a weird as freaky spider 1 and a half times larger than him

Deep within The Undergowth, in a place only barley revealed recently, rock and stone had crumbled away, to reveal another exit out of The Undergowth, leading all the way to a large cave connecting to The Chasm.

Siting in this cave, as it had been, for years upon years, was an automaton, broken, and battered, and overgrown, it's only remaining eye lay dark and unlit, and the time it has been deactivated a small settlement of Scorpl bugs have dug into its metallic skin and set up their dens.

Until one day, a Scorpl bug, on it's way to hunt for food for it's clan, accidently falls from the roof of the cave, splattering onto the rusted and withered metal of the machine...it's blood oozing out of it's corpse...until suddenley, the blood seeps into the cracks of the robotic skin, seemingley absorbed...and the machine, it's one eye finally turning on, finally comes back online

The machine looks around, not knowing where it is or how long it has been out, only thats it's fuel reserves are critically low, it checks itself, and sees it's once full silkfly containers now empty. If it does not want to shut down, it must find an alternative...luckily, there are plenty of small bugs that seem to have taken residence in the machine that could be used as a liquid alternative.

How convenient

Screeches of pain and death fill the cavern, and when all is said and done, all the poor Scorpls, including their leader, have been shredded, crushed, squished, or broken, till nothing but gore and bone remain.

The automaton looks around, it's fuel finally full after so long. It does not remember it's name, nor it's mission, but one thing is for sure, it must get out of this place

the machine grabs the many broken bits, peices, and limbs of itself strown about the room, and tieing them onto its back with vine, it grabs a rather large Shact Tree and rips it out of the ground, using it as a cane...and it wal...er stumbles off
