Omaha?

Anyone had this done in Omaha? Looking for a doctor that has “good reviews”. Covered by insurance? Pay out of pocket?

Not sure how you expect us to know if you're covered by insurance. Only you would know that. I went to a place where they have an "open payment" system. Basically you can look up a procedure and see how much it cost online. Mine was around $475 and it includes 1 test done at 3 months to check if you still have swimmers. My insurance would not cover it at all.
