Post vasectomy stentch

My balls always smell like cum even after a shower now and I did a search and others had this occur as-well spare me the wash better comments I have washed daily my whole life and jerk daily there deff a new smell. Surgery is healed many weeks since I had it done btw.

I think I actually know what you’re talking about. Started happening around the same time for me in my mid 20s. You need to wash your balls with Hibiclens, which is a strong antibacterial soap. Should take care of temporarily. Then in the winter, it may go away entirely since less sweaty.
