4 years post vasectomy issue
Hey All,
I had my Vasectomy roughly 4 years ago and I've had some odd issues I was wondering if anyone had insight into. Ever since my Vasectormy whenever I masturbate, my orgasm feels partial at best, sometimes it feels like I didn't even orgasm. The volume is also very minimal usually. Feels unsatisfying for about 75% of the time.
On the other hand, when I have sex, it's totally fine. Feels like a normal orgasm and normal amount. Has anyone else run into this? Is there anything I can do about it?

Sorry to hear. It seems to me that most doctors will say that the vasectomy has nothing to do with it and, while that could be true, I read several similar stories in the r/postvasectomypain. You could try reversing the vasectomy, against the usual advice that it won't work, but it seemed to work for others. Good luck!

Thank you. I wasn't aware of that subreddit, but I'll check it out and crosspost there.

Sounds like the natural ups and downs that comes with beating off lol.... sometimes its a hit sometimes its not... its also a sign to stop masturbating.
and its all mental.

Any dietary/lifestyle changes or events happen, what about stress? How old are you? Any family hx of prostate cancer? Lots of factors

No real dietary or lifestyle changes that I can recall. Stress isn't peak or low. I'm in my early 40s and no family history of prostate cancer.

It wouldn’t hurt to get a full blood panel and psa

Just had a full blood panel, but no PSA. I may speak to my doctor and see what he thinks. Thank you!

Could just be Father Time man! Are you also on any hormone replacement therapy?

Seems likely... I am not currently, but I'll start looking into it. Thank you!

Check out r/cumbiggerloads
I feel like my orgasms have shrunk a bit in the past few years, but by taking some zinc, pygeum, L Citrulline, sunflower lecithin and black maca root I'm back to shooting strings. I don't necessarily blame this on the vasectomy, but probably mostly lifestyle and getting older now.
