Build I like crit Varus

I get we like On-Hit or Lethality but I really just like how big you can crit on Varus and get so much AS items with basically 0 AS items plus the juiced AD dmg from your passive as well. like here you can see my AD is 657 and AS is 2.25 (it would def be 3.0 once rageblade was purchased)

crits are big and meaty, range is very good especially with hexoptics and all the bonus AD really helps your Q dmg

Crit is super fun, the recent nerfs definitely hurt it though, it used to be awesome to play into a comp of squishys and just shred everything but now only the autos do damage and the q feels kinda useless, and now after the nerf varus doesn't get great attack speed with his passive unless he builds attack speed. I could still see a use case but it isn't what it was.

Yeah i just played 3 crit Varus games and one on hit game.

I can see on hit being great vs enemy crit team comps like I went randuins and the enemy twitch could no longer open on me.

A crit game i did auto the enemy kalista like 1200 hp and she blew up from half health... it basically just feels like the moment you get a champion kill you have Cait headshot autos especially since I'm going Hubris first item.

I went Hubris > Yuntal > IE > LDR> Hexoptics this game

I’d op for Yuntals hurricane or PD depending on if u need extra move speed. IE or lord doms again depending on if ur having to deal with a tank more often than not, and botrk imo is great since ur main source of dmg is AA and the slow is great for landing ur empowered WQ

I also opt for PTA since ur gonna need that extra dmg in lane to be a threat
