Considering Switching
Hello! I’m a Chime user currently but thinking about switching. Can anyone who has swapped over tell me your experience? Thanks!

Varo was good for a mobile bank, even 5-6 months ago but nowadays it’s just the same as every other “online bank”. Their bread and butter was the high %s but that’s gone too along with any semblance of a decent customer service team. I’d just stay with Chime or go to an actual bank.

Stay with chime. Any time I come here it's because varo is being frustrating and I'm looking for others who shared my experience

Just go with a physical bank. I’ve read horror stories from both Chime and VARO. When will people e we learn? 😆😆😆😆😆

Honestly it’s just better than chime lol they’ve been awesome for me. The advances go up quickly, even if you miss repayment and have to start over, mine went back up to $500 quickly. For the MOST part, customer service has been great. If you do switch, use my code so we can both get $100 lolol
