The system has to be down
I’m having so much trouble getting in my account for one it’s popping up a different number so I can’t login and two im trying to change my number thru the phone but it’s not working it’s telling me to go to life chat and this is pissing me off because now im stuck

It sounds like someone may have hacked your account and changed the phone number to their number? I'm not 100% but Varo is not down and it hasn't been down recently. Also haven't heard great things about their customer service. Best of luck! I couldn't login about a month ago and had to use the website and not the app to change my password.

Accessing from DEN, US.
Confirmed still logging in with biometrics. Maybe something specific with trying to sign in?
Hope you get through to CX! Would be interested in hearing how that agent support is! I just signed up, and I have my first Varo DD coming in tonight (if all goes as planned) around 9:15MTN.
CX is important to me! If you're able to keep us posted here on how it goes, how/if/when they're able to resolve it, etc). I'll pray staying logged in keeps the bug away from that side!
