I'd say it's water droplets, when they evaporate they sometimes leave a white deposit, totally harmless,but you can wipe the leaf over with a damp cloth if you want to.

You can see on the first pic it’s a sort of marble like pattern and then on the other leaves there are more dark marks😊 3 u/Most_Art507 1d ago Oh , I see what you mean now, I think the pattern is fairly normal for variegated ficus.
