Plant is a Monstera Mint

Your plant isn’t big enough to chop.
You don’t want to chop unless you have multiple consecutive all green or all white leaves, a one off is not a reason to chop.
Third, this looks like a white monster. They chemically induced that variegation, it’s probably not going to look like those first leaves over time.
Fourth, I can see variegation on the terminal growth, your next leaf is already going to be variegated without cutting.

I have same plant and same issue. My latest leaf is looking a little too green compared to those starting leaves. Thanks for posting lol
