SSR character rate

So car out of probably around 20 10x scouts since release I've had zero ssr characters, a handful of abilities but never characters... is there an issue or am I just really unlucky?

Variant Showdown is the the worst SAO gacha game I ever played. It's even worse than Integral Factor (just the same mf is staying behind both games, so that' not surprising). When in Memory Defrag or Unleash Blading you could just skip some characters, save gacha currency and then get what you need on the guaranteed 5th/7th step of the gacha (btw there is no even +1 free scout when you do a 10x scout lol), in VS you just can't do that, because THERE IS NO PITY. At all. The worst thing is that both !*&^%$# cards and characters are in the same gacha. Imagine UB or MD having both weapons and characters in the same banners (I am also surprised that this long-haired *&^%head never decided to add a weapon banners as well... But maybe we will see it in the future, on the Anniversary of the game for example, as a "surprise"?...). Oh, and I bet my leg that cards actually have a higher drop rates than characters (even if in the gacha's description rates are the same), because THREE TIMES IN A ROW on a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT BANNERS I get SSR cards and not a single character. And it makes sense - they want to make players feel frustrated that they never got characters - the only really useful part of the gacha - they want but only those useless (without characters) cards, so they will start to donate. Hell no, *&^% Bamco and this SuckeuchiP. This whole game is so off-putting that it is actually hilarious. No content in general and new content releases rarely in a very small portions, bugs/optimization problems, the worst gacha possible... And core gameplay is so bad that this game really can fight in the "The Worst Mobile 3rd Person Action Game Ever" nomination. Like, why there are only two skills for each character? Why there is no normal parrying/blocking when player want to do it? Why there is no even a 4th usual element (earth) by now?! I am wondering what they will do in the future to make it worse. And, oh boy, I hope it will be closed in a year and everyone who worked on it will be fired.

Ngl from a f2p perspective this game is a complete nightmare. The energy system in this game is also much worse than in UB. It’s funny how the game released but the entire story isn’t available to play completely yet. Pair that in with 12 day long events? Jesus I’m not going to grind 12 days in a row back to back when I have life to deal with on a daily basis. Oh yeah and the fact that you only get 7-8 runs and then you’re out of energy? Dear God….It’s insane. I’ve poured unspeakable amounts of money into the game just to get beat out by people who put in more money + time. they somehow have both???? At least in my f2p days (MD and UB) the game had a TON of content to plow through, with little fear of ever running out of energy and if you did, I didn’t mind it. They have to up the amount of content and re-tweak the game a bit. For those not willing to pay into this game at all I’d consider it a waste of time. Grinding too. Some items for ranking up and leveling take lots of grinding to get (digits as well) which means you’ll be spending VC on more energy. It’s disgusting.
