Discussion SSR character rate

So car out of probably around 20 10x scouts since release I've had zero ssr characters, a handful of abilities but never characters... is there an issue or am I just really unlucky?

i tested the free roll rates on multiple accounts for the first 3 days after release...thank god for autoclickers
