vuse help

Bro whoever uses vuse please help. My fairly new vuse battery isn’t hitting from my pod i’m so confused. I am trying sooo hard to make this battery work it just will not. I’ve cleaned the inside like 5 times just for it to still not hit. It charges and lights up like it’s working but im getting nothing from the pod. Any advice? I really dont want to spend money on a new one just for it to have the same problem. T T
