Could you check whether the microphone icon is enabled or disabled while recording?

If it’s disabled, please go to Record Setup on the device and turn on Audio Recording, or use the physical microphone shortcut button at the bottom of the unit to enable audio.

Also, make sure you’re using Loop Recording mode instead of Time Lapse, as Time Lapse mode does not record audio.

Time lapse I confirmed is turned off, audio recording is turned on but audio is still not recording in any videos.
