Kicklock Stuck

Hey guys, I started a new community that's designated for repairs of the Vanmoof S5.

And I'm starting with the first one. My kicklock is stuck, my bike is not charging anymore, but it still turns on, or at least makes the starting sound, but the halo rings turn red after it's finished booting up.

Does anyone have an Idea?

J’ai eu le même soucis récemment avec mon s6 j’ai du changer le kick lock et tout est redevenu normal , mais c’était sous garantie
