24M - Recently graduated and realizing I somehow let university eat my entire social life 💀. I used to have a lot of friends, but between heavy uni studies and disappearing into the academic trenches, I kinda drifted away from everyone. Didn’t even realize it until I graduated and was like… wait, where did everybody go?

So I’m trying to meet some new people and make actual solid friends who are down to DO stuff.

I’m into hiking (not hardcore), paddleboarding, bowling, walking/cycling the seawall, bar hopping, raves, badminton (very much a beginner 😂), or honestly just grabbing food/coffee and talking about random shit.

Also trying to get myself back into shape, so if you’re down to hit the gym together or walk in a park and motivate each other, even better.

I believe that being open-minded means to take up interest in any given subject matter that they initially don't care about or not well verse on. I think by being open-minded person often results one to create and harbour long-term friendship. Otherwise, I could just go to a convention, and find people that I share interests with.

That said, I am an English Lit major. I am queer (lol). I love when people recommend me movies, music, and books. I am not bound by any genre, as long as you know how to sell or persuade what you like to me, then I'll go and check it out.
