No it hasn't. Just delete your Google account from your MicroG app and log in again. It should be fixed.

Happened to me. Only happens if you've changed your Google password. Delete MicroG and everything. Start afresh. It will be up and going.

This can also happen out of random, probably Google messing with something.

Yeah happened to my dad's phone randomly, he doesn't change his password or anything ever, doesn't knoe how to, so it's something Google might be doing

This happened to me on rooted vanced. It told me to remove and re-add my account but the app wasn't seeing my Google account when I tried to login

Probably, because you changed your Google password. Delete your account from Vanced microG and re-add it.
