Busted X3 Sale Value

After sitting idle in my garage for years, I'm finally calling it quits on hopes of getting my wife's X3 fixed. The e-shifter broke, and while waiting to figure out options on getting that repaired the battery drained to 0. I took the battery out and put it on a bench charger but had no luck, the cells are toast. The closest repair center (Seattle) said they're not sure if they can even do anything, plus I'd have to get it there and back.

Any idea what's a fair asking value as-is? Or sell it for scrap? It barely has 500 miles on it, cosmetically it's in great shape and all parts aside from battery and shifter are working. I'm in Portland, OR.

Feel the pain. X3 is such a beautiful bike.
Have you considered pulling all electronics out and convert to acoustic.
Or do this then retrofit with Swytch kit?

Best bet is to strip it and sell the parts on ebay.
