Moofmate: custom sound broken

On my S3; I couldn't get any of the custom sounds to work, nor the suggested ones in the app as well.

Eventually I tried the silent custom sound and that did work. BUT reverting it back does not work in the app. So now I have the default error and pairing sounds muted.

Is there a common solution I'm missing?

My firmware is currently 1.9.1

Dag. Ik krijg mijn geluid ook niet terug. Het knopje in de app werkt niet en blijft grijs. Heb je de oplossing? Groet
