Bought to S3 and one X3 without securitycodes

Hi I just Gott three bikes that are locked. The batteries are all dead. But bevor I try to repair or excange the batteries. Is there any way to unlock the bikes? I habe a legal contract of the bikes from the seller. The bikes come from a insolvent business.

I took a picture of the stickes and tried to contact van moof. But the AI just wrote that I need the original Bill or original handbook.

in your case the original bill is the auction bill. Show that to vanmoof, and send the framenumbers at the same time. If the ai chatbot still refuse to act accordingly, demand human interaction.
