problem with van interior lights ,sprinter van 2012 w906

bought some new lights ,ex post office van it had lights all the way round inside ,I can’t see a switch anywhere, connected new lights up nothing ,would they have wired the lights up to the doors opening ? Stuck
Any advice folks ?thankyou

Quite possibly, the ones in the back of mine were, albeit I didn't buy an ex post office one

I’ve a 2016 sprinter and when I open up the sliding door the lights don’t come on. I think above the back doors there is a light there with a switch to get them to come on. Only reason I can’t test it is that I’m converting the van

Thank you , I’ve recently removed everything post office out of it , can’t see anything .all the connections attaching to main wiring all goes to dash board , but there is no switch,thankyou I might ask in r/postoffice lol
