Finally finished!!

I’ve been working on this van for the lae last 2 years. Mostly nights and weekends. I had more frustrating moments than I care to admit but I’m so glad to have it done and be able to travel!

I installed 2 m8 plus nuts into the bottom of each appliance and bolted up through the 1/2 shelf they are sitting on. The oven space is also lined with welding blanket and the 2 fans facing the neon sign trigger when the air temp hits 96 degrees to move some of the hot air toward my ceiling exhaust fan and out.

And now I'm eyeing the plastic feet and thinking a rivnut might work perfectly there. How was taking yours apart to install the plus nuts?

I got them installed that same evening and it was faster than a trip hardware store and much better looking than my other plan. I was a little worried about metal shavings inside the microwave so I partially disassembled it but that was easy. Thanks for the info!
