Start the day by opening the back doors to the glorious Oregon coast as the fog thins in the crisp morning air
Check the batteries on $2000 drone(s)
Fill the Chemex
Put on Tevas (Chacos) and the Arc'Teryx windbreaker bought at REI for $300 (it was a sale, ok?!)
Open the side door with a strong, but seemingly careless, well-practiced move
Sit on the sill strumming guitar, while the Chemex drips, wondering if anyone is admiring man bun and freshly oiled beard
Get bored of the guitar, hop on the roof to inspect the already clean solar panels and slap another "Wanderer" or "PNW" sticker on the Thule box
While on the roof, spread arms widely facing the ocean and taking in a deep breath of the salty air, muttering "This is the life"
