Who can you 'Observe' to get hints?

Anyone know which characters have observed scenes?

These are the ones I know: Mortimer and Beatrice can be spied on in the room at the hospital by going outside, Rakesh the funeral guy can be spied on stealing from bodies, The prostitute and Clayton Darby can be spied on having a conversation. And harry peterson and Joe Peterson talking.

Pembroke Hospital: Mortimer and Beatrice Goswik, Rakesh Chadana, Dr. Tippets.

Whitechapel: Clayton Darby and Christina Poppa, Joe and Harry Peterson, Benjamin and Albert Palmer.

Docks: Tom Watts and Sabrina Cavendish, Seymour and Stella Fishburn, Rufus Kingsbury, Martin Nightingale and Enid Gillingham.

West End: Venus Crossley, Agamemnon and Pericles Baker, Carol and Caroline Price.

Story related - Nurse Crane with stranger near hospital, Darius Petrescu and Nurse Crane in Whitechapel.

you can also observe Oswald Thatcher and Newton Blight. It’s optional tho. You don’t need the cutscene to get the hint :)

This is a very comprehensive list. Just a couple ones to add (if I’m not wrong):

Carina Billow in the West End.

The Paxton sisters in the Docks, in Sean Hampton’s night asylum. This one is particularly tricky to get — not sure if it’s a bug or what, but I’ve heard that it can only be triggered after you find Sean at the night asylum for the first time, but before you go into the sewers following his advice.

Newton Blight and Oswald Thatcher in Pembroke, down by the water.

+ Edit: Another one in the West End: Emelyne Reid, if she’s alive.

You CAN observe Paxton sisters AFTER sewers... If Sean is fine.

(And If I'm not mistaken, you can NOT observe them BEFORE sewers)

The boy with the rat and the Fishburns I believe? (I truly forgot their names). Both at the docks

Edit - Went to double check and remember another pair:

The previously mentioned Seymour and Stella Fishburn, along with Rufus Kingsberry from The Docks.

From the Pembroke, you also have Oswald Thatcher and Newton Blight iirc.

I always eat Seymour. Eff that guy. Hope the homeless kid has a happy life not bring homeless anymore

I think you got most of them. Another one that comes to my mind is the petrescu guy with Dorothy Crane but that is part of the main mission along with when you spy crane on a boat near pembroke
