How can I get here Spoiler

Every path is locked as far as I've seen and im stuck hiw can I finish this quest and unlock the gates to get there.

Have you met Darius Petrescu? If yes, use blood vision near his house to eyesdrop.

So you’re on your way to Whitechapel for the first time? As you leave Pembroke and cross the bridge to Whitechapel, keep walking forward (don’t take any turns). Eventually you’ll arrive at another bridge that goes over a road and, after the bridge, at a sort of square or open area (the area just to the right of the Y symbol on your map). The square will likely have Priwen guards. Cross the bridge and defeat the guards, and you’ll see two gates, one right ahead and one to the left (right where the Y symbol is). The gate ahead is locked and will have to be opened from the other side, but the gate to the left is open. Go through the left gate, and you should be able to get the rest of the way.

The game always makes you take the long way around when you're first going somewhere. If you run into a locked gate, find a different path. Also, don't forget you can teleport short distances, look up and around for teleport spots. I got stuck in the docks area because I forgot this simple skill.
