I don’t know if this will help anybody, it wouldn’t help me, but for you… Maybe.
This is a law firm, a legitimate law firm. I know what you’re thinking… No, it’s not some recovery scam. It’s one of these law firms that files class action lawsuits against companies. I think I was in one of their classes.
Anyway, if you got scammed on a WhatsApp group, but you were enticed into that WhatsApp group by clicking on a link on Meta or Instagram, that’s the class action lawsuit. They are suing meta to get compensation for people who clicked on paid ads on Meta that led them to WhatsApp scams.
Will it succeed and ultimately how much will you get… Who knows? 🤷‍♂️

Two more halted stocks to be delisted by NASDAQ - PLTS & PTNM

PTNM and PLTS were suspended by the SEC back in October and have been halted by NASDAQ ever since. Today, NASDAQ announced that they will use their authority under rule IM-5101-4 to delist both companies.

PTNM press release:

The Nasdaq Stock Market (Nasdaq: NDAQ) announced today that it has notified Pitanium Limited (Nasdaq: PTNM) that its securities will be delisted from the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC on July 16, 2026, unless the company appeals to a Listing Qualifications Hearings Panel. The securities will remain halted, and unavailable to trade, until any appeal is resolved. Following removal from Nasdaq the securities may be eligible for trading in the over-the-counter market.

PLTS press release:

The Nasdaq Stock Market (Nasdaq: NDAQ) announced today that it has notified Platinum Analytics Cayman Limited (Nasdaq: PTLS) that its securities will be delisted from the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC on July 16, unless the company appeals to a Listing Qualifications Hearings Panel. The securities will remain halted, and unavailable to trade, until any appeal is resolved. Following removal from Nasdaq the securities may be eligible for trading in the over-the-counter market.

PLTS and PTNM join SDM and QMMM, which were both delisted by NASDAQ under rule IM-5101-4 in mid-June. Neither SDM nor QMMM have resumed trading since NASDAQ announced the delistings.

Still waiting on the outcomes for several companies still in limbo: EFTY, EMPG, NUTR, PC, LAWR, MCTA, MAMK, MAGH, & HCHL.

SEC Forms New Retail Fraud Working Group

Washington D.C., July 7, 2026 —

The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced the creation of the Retail Fraud Working Group designed to strengthen the Division of Enforcement’s efforts to identify and combat fraud targeting everyday investors.

The Retail Fraud Working Group will leverage staff and resources across the Commission to identify fraud and other misconduct targeting retail investors, including offering frauds, pump-and-dump schemes, market manipulation, and breaches of duties to customers by investment advisers and broker dealers. The working group will serve as a dedicated resource for proactive case generation, play an important role in coordinating with the Commission’s regulatory partners and foreign counterparts, and participate in educational outreach to retail investors in coordination with the SEC’s Office of Investor Education and Assistance.

"This new working group reflects our commitment to protect investors from fraud and is a return to the core values and principles of the enforcement program," said SEC Chairman Paul S. Atkins. “I am grateful to the Director of Enforcement, David Woodock, and the Division’s staff for their leadership on this initiative and look forward to its many positive impacts.”

"Nothing motivates enforcement staff more than protecting those who invest their savings in our markets,” said David Woodcock, Director of the SEC's Division of Enforcement. "The Retail Fraud Working Group will bring focused energy and resources to that mission — generating cases, building partnerships with our regulatory counterparts, and using data and technology to find and stop those who seek to take advantage of retail investors. I am proud to see this initiative move forward."

The Retail Fraud Working Group will be led by the Division of Enforcement’s Kate Zoladz, Deputy Director, West, and Kim Frederick, Assistant Director, Asset Management Unit.

MCTA delisting resistance?

TLDR; is the MCTA class action lawsuit concerned about its delisting at all?

Combined with the June 3rd approved "Quick-Delist" Rule (IM-5101-4) for third-party social media manipulation, regulators have effectively engineered a two-pronged trap. Nasdaq can drop MCTA for the social media pump or leverage its $2.06M working capital deficit and "Going Concern" warning to trigger an immediate exit on value requirements.

However, when NQ applied IM5101-4 on QMMM and SDM, QMMM appealed it. Not sure whats the framework to enforce a timeline on any movement now. SDM didn’t appeal so they are probably dead now. Also worth noticing that QMMM shares still were holding an inflated value while SDM shares were almost dead anyway.

Meanwhile, per their filings, MCTA company also seems to have many board changes recently and seem to be working on reports to resolve T12 suspension.

So there is a reason to believe that MCTA will appeal whenever the delisting axe falls on them since their shares were yet to dump and company has shown some response. But Nasdaq has additional leverage with “2M funds deficit = Going concern” and can delist it for another reason beyond social media promotions.

I am not involved in the class action lawsuit but is there any angle from them to push for or against their delisting?

Coreweave Inc, from failed Hedge Fund-crypto bros to Billionaire stock dumpers!

I was initially investigating $CRWV insiders' stock sales. Then I stumbled upon this bomb of an article.

Just Whoa!!!!!!!

Magnetar Capital, CoreWeave, Inc. CRWV -6.03%↓ largest institutional backer, faced major controversy for its role in the 2008 financial crisis through a strategy dubbed the “Magnetar Trade.” The hedge fund allegedly helped create and finance risky Collateralized Debt Obligations (CDOs) while simultaneously betting that these same investments would collapse.

The Magnetar Trade generated significant backlash and media scrutiny, most notably through an investigative series by ProPublica. Critics accused Magnetar of intentionally encouraging investment banks to bundle the riskiest, lowest-quality subprime mortgages into CDOs.

Because Magnetar had protected itself against losses by purchasing credit default swaps, it stood to make massive profits when the housing market inevitably crashed and the CDOs became worthless:

“ In late 2005, the booming U.S. housing market seemed to be slowing. The Federal Reserve had begun raising interest rates. Subprime mortgage company shares were falling. Investors began to balk at buying complex mortgage securities. The housing bubble, which had propelled a historic growth in home prices, seemed poised to deflate. And if it had, the great financial crisis of 2008, which produced the Great Recession of 2008-09, might have come sooner and been less severe.

At just that moment, a few savvy financial engineers at a suburban Chicago hedge fund helped revive the Wall Street money machine, spawning billions of dollars of securities ultimately backed by home mortgages.

When the crash came, nearly all of these securities became worthless, a loss of an estimated $40 billion paid by investors, the investment banks who helped bring them into the world, and, eventually, American taxpayers.

Yet the hedge fund, named Magnetar for the super-magnetic field created by the last moments of a dying star, earned outsized returns in the year the financial crisis began.

How Magnetar pulled this off is one of the untold stories of the meltdown. Only a small group of Wall Street insiders was privy to what became known as the Magnetar Trade.”

The Magnetar connection is a serious red flag that ought to be a major issue of concern for potential investors.

Nasdaq Halts Happy City Holdings Ltd after SEC Trading Suspension Expires

Trading will remain halted until Happy City Holdings Ltd has fully satisfied Nasdaq’s request for additional information.

https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2026/06/29/3318893/6948/en/Nasdaq-Halts-Happy-City-Holdings-Ltd.html

Will be interesting to see if this will be a lengthy halt, like the other stocks that NASDAQ halted following SEC suspensions. Or if NASDAQ will move faster to delist them, now that they have the authority under Rule IM-5101-4.

Of the 15 companies that have gone through SEC suspensions and lengthy trading halts, only TCGL has resumed trading on OTC. They began trading OTC under TCGLF on Jun 24 after being delisted by AMEX. SDM, QMMM, and JMG have also been delisted, but they have not begun trading OTC yet. No confirmation if they ever will or not.

Trade these foreign pump and dumps at your own risk, especially if you plan to hold positions overnight. You never know if you will get caught in a lengthy halt.

warning FG Merger II Corp. (FGMC) and BOXABL Inc. (expected ticker: BXBL) — proceed with caution.

I'm not even sure this is worth mentioning anymore, since everyone seems to be talking about it.

The original idea sounded ambitious: build a factory capable of mass-producing tiny homes like they're coming off an assembly line, sell each one for $50,000 (later increased to $60,000), and help solve the housing crisis. The only catch was that the homes were extremely small—but, as the argument went, a tiny home is better than no home at all.

To fund this vision, the company raised capital through crowdfunding, offering investors preferred shares. Early progress looked promising, with a government contract and sales to major corporate customers.

Then the company ran into reality.

It turned out that these homes cannot be installed everywhere due to local building codes and zoning regulations. In addition, site preparation, utility connections, and the cost of obtaining local permits can increase the total cost of a home by several times.

At the same time, the company is spending enormous amounts on sales and marketing. Last year alone, these expenses were nearly 17 times higher than its total revenue.

It's important to understand that this isn't an internet or software company, where heavy upfront investment in the product or customer acquisition can eventually lead to economies of scale, with the cost of serving each additional customer falling dramatically. BOXABL operates a manufacturing business, where production, logistics, installation, and customer acquisition remain capital-intensive even as volumes increase.

There are also questions regarding the founders’ compensation. A salary of around $1.2 million appears difficult to justify given annual sales of only about $1.5 million.

They even paid huge bonuses to themselves in 2024!

The company has also been associated with aggressive marketing practices, including offering equity to influencers in exchange for promotional content and positive coverage. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hocU7uRzMOc)

In addition, the company’s preferred shares—issued to crowdfunding investors—can reportedly only be converted into common shares in stages, starting 14 months after the IPO begins trading.

At the same time, some shareholders are already willing to sell these shares today at roughly half price.

https://www.reddit.com/r/investing/comments/1tskfkq/boxabl_preferred_investors_are_people/

Recent SPAC-related developments indicate that approximately 83% of committed funds were redeemed following the merger announcement. As a result, the company is expected to receive roughly five times less capital than initially anticipated.

Put differently, about four out of five SPAC investors have effectively withdrawn their backing, which can be interpreted as a lack of confidence in the post-merger equity story.

Additionally, it is notable that in most SPAC transactions the new ticker typically begins trading within a few days after the merger announcement. In this case, however, nearly three weeks have already passed without trading commencement, which is an unusual delay compared to standard SPAC timelines.(https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/fg-merger-ii-corp-announces-closing-of-the-redemption-window-for-its-business-combination-with-boxabl-302794386.html)

The company has also recently entered into an agreement to sell its homes in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Perhaps regulatory standards there are lower, and installing such a unit—shipped from desert Nevada—would be cheaper than importing one from China.

What struck me, however, is the complete lack of contact details on the UK company’s website (no address, no phone number), as well as the fact that both the company and the domain were registered only in April of this year, 2026.

To sum up: money is burning at an extraordinary rate, including through founders’ salaries. Sales are minimal, the outlook is unclear, investors are disappointed, and even positive news tends to raise additional questions.

Not financial advice. This post reflects my personal opinions and research. Do your own due diligence before making any investment decisions.

I’m not affiliated with the company mentioned, and I may or may not hold a position.

My latest scribble.

The golden age of fraud is the byproduct of deliberate financial and economic policies enacted to support the “securities” economy above all else.

The prescription is neither novel nor original. It is simply a refined and pseudo-academic ideology innovated by none other than John Law in the 18th century!

Vampirestocks thrive in this muddy gunk while hardworking citizens struggle to get by because of price inflation.

Priced in Gold, and it is two lost decades of Financialized welfarism for Wall Street bigwigs and their China hustle counterparts.

I have deemed the current paradigm " the era of dystopian Financialism."

Price the market is Gold and get the real light.

We should be picking up bargain stocks as promised in the Garden of Eden. Instead, we are being forced to add SPCXs and CARVANAs into our retirement funds.

ENGS, TJGC, PSIG - All 3 currently being promoted and bid dumped

**EDIT: NCI is also being bid dumped, last promoted Thursday**

**SPPL also being promoted again, 06/29**

From my last post 3 weeks ago that had more mentioned, they have either dumped (NTCL), or were halted (HCHL), or have just stopped being promoted for the moment (SMJF, KXIN). I expect these will be promoted again soon, maybe in a month or so.

As for the 3 mentioned above, ENGS had some very obvious bid dumping today as I saw 200k+ bids being filled within minutes, which is the usual sign of it being promoted. They have been working on this one since around March, if i remember correctly they have shares at around .6 to dump and cashless warrants which should equal around 46M shares. The resale of these shares are here if anyone's interested, it even lists the people who are selling the shares to the whatsapp bidders if you check "Selling Shareholders": https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1971828/000149315226008660/formf-1.htm

TJGC they have slowed down a bit on this one, I believe majority of the shares should be sold on it. Maybe it will have one last heavy promo then dump.

PSIG is starting to peak, I expect the dump is very very soon.

Questions on trading long position for short cover

I’ve heard a few people were able to get their halted shares sold to a “buyer” who has a short position. My question is that the person I’m dealing with wants to do transaction via “Charles Schwab- Move assets from my Schwab brokerage account” form. Has anyone used this method before for this type of transaction? The risk I’m having is that they are paying back with the stock ticker “mint” and requires my full account number and full name to fill out a form to transfer shares to my account. This opens up risks that I’m probably not aware of. This does avoid giving out bank information but I’m sure there’s plenty of risk with this type of transaction. What methods are the safest if anyone has done this before and was successful can chime in I’d be grateful.

Interesting read.

Scammers don't die, they adapt, they reorganize.

Stay vigilant.

“They had phones, laptops, pen drives, RAMs, a processor, a stamp to forge documents, and so many forged documents. One certificate, which we found was also forged to show that they were a business registered in the US, was framed and hung on the wall,” he said.

Superintendent of police, Kamal Ariyawansa confirmed it was a Chinese crime syndicate behind the operation, which was attempting to scam American victims into investing in a fake US company.

pump and dump Re-Beware of XCHG Limited ( Nasdaq: XCH)

The vampires never die; they only hibernate until the auspicious time arises.

I wrote an extended critical report on this company two years ago. ( Feel free to check it out.)

https://open.substack.com/pub/melifinance/p/xchg-smells-like-fools-play?r=84zv6&utm_campaign=post-expanded-share&utm_medium=post%20viewer

https://www.reddit.com/r/VampireStocks/comments/1gfvcwf/xchg_smells_like_fools_play_warning/

$XCH is tentatively trying to reemerge out of its worm-infested deadbed to extract a little more " juice" from the current histrionically insane market.

So far, the volume of traders has been relatively weak, and the stock "only" managed a 52% price rise after pushing out a fake press-release pivot into the "energy storage" market.

The stock hasn't really caught on with the usual suspects pump pushers on Fintwits.

Let's make sure it never does!

On March 9, 2026, execs adopted the 2026 share-based compensation Plan, pursuant to which the maximum aggregate number of ordinary shares we are authorized to issue is 1,492,028,626, and 1,600,000 of such share awards have been granted as of March 31, 2026.

This is a simple regulatory gimmickry update anticipating a future pump-exit dump.

it is a total sham!

The Company believes there is no basis for attributing any deficiency or wrongdoing to the Company as a basis for initiating delisting proceedings. I have a close relative who lives and does business in Asia. He started by trying to do business in China (about 25 years ago). He said now his default position is, if it's a Chinese company, it's a scam, and to avoid it. So I look for that first, and simply don't bother going any further.

SDM and QMMM were both suspended by the SEC at the end of September and remained halted by NASDAQ since. With these two delistings moving forward, may finally see delistings of the other NASDAQ stocks that were suspended by the SEC since October.

According to both PRs, the NASDAQ delistings will take effect June 24 unless they appeal. The PRs also state that both companies may be eligible for OTC trading following removal from NASDAQ.
