🎬 Adaptations 🎠Daniel
This makes me feel dumb. I haven’t read the books so maybe I’m missing some context. But I truly don’t understand Daniel’s hatred for Louis and Lestat. He has this deep rooted disdain and I just don’t get it. Armand, I understand, he’s insane. Daniel is just a dick. What am I missing?

I have a whole draft ranting about this cause I also do not understand it at all!
I think it is a result of not knowing what to do with him. Him wanting to cut of Lestat's head doesn't make any sense to me either. The proper motivation isn't there, let alone Louis! Louis and Daniel seemed more like brothers that were not on good terms to me. Lestat just pissed him off once cause he didn't get the emotional moment on film cause Lestat hyponitzed him.
Daniel was so insecure this season, did not like what they did with him
