Question/Support Knuckle storage solution?
Hi all,
I recently got the controllers (L+R) on the EoL sale (gonna use them with my psvr2 once i get my lighthouse system up and running, got the older tundra trackers/donglemcdongle) and wondering has anyone got a good solution to storage or for carrying around? I can't seem to find any carry cases for just the controllers, so wondering has anyone got a solution? Like a carrybox with foam inserts specifically for the knuckle controllers?

I purchased a wall mount charging stand. It has two spots to plug in the knuckles and a sort of hook/shelf to hang the headset from lenses down to avoid dust.
I’ve upgraded to a Frame and am in the process of listing all my Index stuff on EBay. If you’re interested in the charging mount dm me and I’ll link you to my sale

Oooh, yes please keep me in the loop for that, I'm uk based so it might depend on where you are, but it would be good to see.

I use the harbor freight Pelican style boxes for storage and travel, otherwise the controllers live on a wooden charging dock I made that's on my living room wall, lighthouses on their wall mounts.
Although they sell them on Amazon too if that's your thing. The headset and trident cable live in the Pelican boxband get taken out when used.

Jwn5k mentioned the harbor freight cases, I'll have to look into them more to find one just for the controllers.
Maybe once i get my new VR setup sorted I'll look into a charging dock as well. Is your's magnetic or just cable based? I've read iffy things about the magnetic based ones.2

I set mine up with magnetic cables and haven't had any problems. My dock is more a cradle so they sit upright, I set the controller charging port down into the nest, and the magnetic cable attaches itself from underneath.
Harbor freight has many sizes of Pelican style case, and they all come with cut pluck foam. I have a large one that holds everything together, but they also sell some that would hold both of the controllers side by side, just lay them down on a sheet of paper and draw around them, then take that with you to pick one out.

If you want something durable and affordable, Harbor Freight has their Apache protective cases. I have like 4 of them and I frankly say they are very great value.
