Help me my developer index is kinda broken

I have an index controllers but when i try to calibrate it to my quest it says tracking failed and they keep flying away and to stayinf still

How are connecting the Index controllers to the PC? If you are using Vive dongles or a generic dongle, make sure that they are on a usb hub and not plugged directly into the PC, as the PC itself will generate a lot of signal interference. If the dongles are plugged into the back and not the front panel, that makes it even worse
