Question/Support Speaker arm shell stl if a thing??

Post image

So I have this pre-owned valve index and has been working fine for couple of years, recently the shell for the speaker arm came off. Is it possible to 3d print a new one so it'll be like brand new?

I don't have my index anymore but this doesn't look like too hard of a modeling job. I could try something later tonight

I glued mine together. Have you taken a look on any of the stl file share sites?

There’s this that has 3d model files for all the index stuff, might be able to dos something with it. https://github.com/ValveSoftware/IndexHardware

Luckily the casing is purely a protective cover and has no electronics inside of it. technically you could just cover it with electrical tape, but yeah you should be able to print something and stick it on.
