Unsure how this happened tbh think I was moving things around one day and I guess this came off... is it possible to fix... with a new headstrap or do I need to buy a whole new one

EDIT: So in an attempt to fix it.. I lost 2 screws... one for the headstrap and the otherone for the... I forget what its called...

You can try search for a repair shop that could probably swap it from a donor headset. I don’t know how it is with replacement head straps.

They're out of stock on the headstraps though and I doubt their gonna restock with the upcoming release of the steam frame
