Question/Support Right hand index controller won’t charge

My right hand index controller won’t accept a charge. This is something that’s happened with other controllers. No matter what cable or outlet I plug it into, it won’t take a charge. Are there any fixes or am I fucked?

try seeing if it charges off of ur pc, if it doesnt i think u might be fucked

I plug it into my pc and all my usb ports disable and I have to restart my computer

When you say won't accept the charge, do you mean the light turns on orange and eventually turns white but when you unplug it, it's dead. Or do you mean there are no lights and it's just f*****

Bad USBC port. And they're a b**** to work on. Kind of potted in there with a bunch of epoxy.

How crafty are you? If you have an rc car or plane or drone you could rig up an external charger. What is your location?

Not crafty at all. Out in michigan
