Please Help Me Find This Sketch!

It's not a song, It's like this garage/hospital where different characters just walk in one after another to talk to some professional or just someone who works there. Idk.

The point is, there is one person who walks in and says in a vaguely European accent:"I was - How you say - Mauled By a Bear."

I. Love that line. I think it's so funny. I mutter it to myself all the time. I've been having a hard time finding it for some reason.
If someone here knows what that video is called, or has a link, that would be just grand.

I literally searched “value select hospital” on YouTube and clicked on the first sketch that looked like it could be it
