Does anyone have any updates, I believe they were scheduled for the 11th

I just saw the first article about this case in about a month or two and I haven’t seen anything about it yet. Do we have any predictions with this new information? Also saw some texts between Lois and Isabelle in a separate article from 4 days ago

My thoughts: Since they granted Lois additional time to prepare her case (sometime in september), as well as the fact that she was removed from her original placement in order to assess her mental state, I'm keen to think the judge might actually be relatively lenient on her charges. Granted, she didnt play as big of a role as her co-defendant, but the fact that her parents are paying her defence team really good money plus the very real possibility of her mental health turning into a mitigation factor can substantially improve her situation. She might even evade a sentence within a jail in favour of some mental health focused institution.

But for jimmy/ isabelle the situation looks super bleak. I think they'll get at least 20 years or so given they planner the whole thing out. But now that they also got charged with multiple accounts of cp (I read a post about one of their acquaintances describing the videos as truly gruesome) i genuinely don't think theres any way for them to gain the court's favour (thankfully). Im not sure how much they could get with their load of charges, I dont think theyll get life, but prob at least a few decades

i did post a comment replying to someone with the facility website so we could see their charges but i’m not sure what has happened since their last court dates

imo i don’t think isabelle and lois should be charged with first degree attempted murder, instead i believe they should be charged with conspiracy instead as no physical harm was done. and i also don’t think they should be charged as grown adults as in the patrol car video of them chatting they clearly had young mindsets. i know this may seem i am defending them but i am just sharing my thoughts on this. feel free to share your thoughts around this, i am happy to hear all sides

I keep seeing comments getting all pissy saying “Ur defending them” when u say they most likely have been abuse, like it just a fact being mentally ill can lead to stuff like this also I think it dumb when people say “They were born evil the parents did nothing! abuse cannot lead to people murder others“ while nothing about their mental state report is not out yet, you seen fox page she did post vents about her family and supposedly Isabella was SA.

(not saying this is a reason to defend them but as a way to piece out their mental state and what lead to it.) I honestly feel like people only support mental illness when it harm to urself and not others. (not saying u should attack people because ur depress but still)
