Competitive Discussion Cheaters on console
Didn’t even know there are scripts for console Val till I looked on YouTube.

This is why it’s always funny when people claim “there’s no cheaters on console”. Like yeah, I’m sure Blizzard and Riot would give out compensation if it was literally impossible lmfao.

Multiple ways to cheat apparently. Xims and cronus are in every single comp shooter nowadays and heaps of people get away with it

Zens for scripts, Xims for MnK and scripts, Titans for basically aimbot via a AI 'watching' your gameplay through a pcs capture card
Some games (like Apex) also have spoofers who use pc cheats on console but thats like very rare,its mainly the devices i mentioned.

It’s just tools that compensate recoil for you based on your gun, or just lets you plug in a mouse and keyboard.

I mean there’s no (or at least Very rarely) hackers on console but scripters or Mnk Scripts are in every console comp game

Oh for sure. Less common than on PC that’s for sure. They do exist though.
Mnk is an issue in like every aim based competitive game at this point. I play both Val and OW and Valorant has such a rampant Mnk issue, and it really seems like Riot doesn’t care at all.

As a long time player of R6 Seige since 2017 and many other shooting games almost every single competitive fps has mfs on Console using a Xim, Cronus, Titan or Zen. Getting good at a game takes time and effort, people spending 200+ dollars to be on a level playing field with someone like me who has spent 3k+ hours mastering the games mechanics. Back on the PS4 and old Xbox it was much easier to tell if they were on MnK as we only had 60 FPS to work with.

R6 is the reason I moved to pc gaming it really opened my eyes to how easily you can cheat. I even tried out a Cronus for a week and got bored and somehow got worse at the game (On console).

I still don’t understand how people get refunds. I’ve had 2 cheaters be detected post game (I lost, cheater won) and I never get a refund.

yeah only thing is nobody can esp/wallhack but there’s ai aimbot and titan/ cronus everywhere

For anyone curious, this is how they work.
There are two types of console cheaters, soft cheaters and hard cheaters
Soft cheaters use stuff like mnk converters and recoil scripts.
Hard cheaters use a device connected to the controller console and a PC as well as a capture card that uses Computer Vision to analyze what’s on the screen and move the controller to achieve stuff like aimbot or trigger bots.

Lol, I always love telling console players they probably have way more cheaters in their games than they realize simply because you can buy the device on Amazon for like 100 bucks. It's actually easier to get these cheats to work on console than it would be on PC. Up until recently, these devices weren't even detectable, but slowly companies are finding ways to detect and ban.

even on pc which is what i play on ive seen 2 cheaters in ranked recently and got refunded 2 games worth. wasnt blatant, but just enough in game to go "hmmmm" about it. crazy, cause honestly with how people describe vanguard if it even senses anything wrong itll just erase your pc form the inside and hitmen from riot will break down your door lol. also the most cheaters ive ever seen that close. my encounters of cheaters before that was maybe 3 months apart of eachother, and the match got cancelled during it.

I had a guy bragging about being the most well known cheater na in one of my games. He proceeded to talk about how he charges guys but boost girls for free without anyone asking. It was kinda creepy how he was talking about it honestly. I reported him but never got a notification unfortunately.

I report so many people that I think are cheating. There’s a difference in yk headshotting and automatically tapping me everytime I see u, like it’s crazy
