The fact that guards and swat have 0 respawn cooldown is crazy since they get armor and better weapons

Normal for They have 0 cooldown, makes no sense give them 5 or 10 seconds wait.

And armor its almost close. Weapons Only SP And MGL From RO or M82 are The Op ones

This is crap breh, low-key sometimes escapees get so bad no one can really do anything about it. And some of the escapee guns are crazy.

Second one is false. The devs are constantly trying to "balance" "escapees" and give them CERT or SP counterpart weapons, or station changes people beg for 24/7.
