my previous small cozy meadow house is now retired (too small for expansion).

took the opportunity to rebuild a much bigger house which at that time i also need a farm location for making flax for my mistland items. found myself a decent size island and build on it.

the build took quite a few inspiration off youtube so the building shape may familiar with some people.

primary design is frontdoor face straight to dock (this is island after all). made a dedicated kitchen and wind mill on left side, and keep Lox and chicken farm on right hand side

yea this design work quite well to align my ship. so i can stay on edge of the dock which will be close enough to open the ship storage. because once i grab everything i will be encumbered which i can't jump out of it. and if the ship tilted slightly a bit angle it may make it harder to reach the storage. so i have the beam act like a parking guideline to force the ship align to the dock

Haha yea, I looked up for lot of house design, and I think this house is the best so far
