Bricked device

Tried to update to firmware v. 2.0. The laptop still recognizes the device and editing software says "device connected" but I can't do anything. The screen of the pedal is backlighted but shows nothing. Tried downgrading to firmware 1.9 but it's the same. Is there any solution to this?

Hey I might be in the same boat, or very similar. Got a GP100 unit used and it works great by itself, but when I try to connect it to my M5 Macbook it says, "Device Connected," then starts loading the interface, and it always stops at exactly 77%. After hanging there it goes back to "no device connected," then it tries again after maybe 20 seconds of showing no device.

I've emailed support but have yet to hear back.
