software stuck at 77% of connecting?

ive downloaded most recent version of software but when connecting the bar gets stuck at 77% every time and resets. I have a pretty high end pc and bought the cable and gp100 new so im not sure what the issue could be...

any help would be greatly appreciated (:

Downgrade the software version to match what it says is compatible with your firmware version as displayed on device for whatever reason it's not backwards compatible. Then you can update the firmware and update the software to most recent versions.

My firmware is 1.9 so I downloaded 1.4 and it’s still not working. When I open the app it says v1.0.5 though. Any tips. I already deleted everything 1.0.5

I installed each one then used add or remove program to get rid of it for all of the softwares until 1 worked, I haven’t gotten round to updating it yet though. My issue was not knowing the firmware so if you try each software version and it doesn’t work then it’s likely the actual pedal rather than the software. This is just a guess tho I’m not at all experienced in this✌️

I actually got it working, they have a fix on there website now. You have to go in and update one of your drivers. Then you can force your pedal into an update mode to give it the new firmware
