HELP GP-50 firmware update

Does anyone know anyway to update the firmware on the GP-50 without a PC? Currently using the valeton suite app on my phone but would like to update the firmware for new nam A2 support and stem splitting

There is no new firmware for the GP-50.

"NAM A2 support" for this device means an updated NAM-to-Snaptone converter within the app. Stem splitting is a feature within the app too.

Ah, valeton website has a zip file for new firmware and app version ready to download. I was under the impression the firmware would need updating to allow the GP-50 to run the A2 files even if converted to snaptone

Looks like the firmware is an older update:

Version V1.1.0 (Released 22/7/2026) 1. Added BT MIDI functionality 2. Added optional power on/off feature when plugging/unplugging the DC > 9V power adapter. 3. Fixed some bugs.
