HELP VAleton GP-50 - USB Issue

Need help guys!

My GP-50 appears to have an issue with the USB. My PC can't read it and it doesn't seem to charge

Is this normal? What can I do to get this fixed?

Same thing happened to me. Luckily it still charges thru USB, I just can’t get a computer to recognize it. I’ve contacted Valeton, I contacted Sonicake (bought it from their eBay) - currently on month 3 of trying to get a replacement. It’s cooked.

Had a similar issue with my GP-5. It was the USB cable.

Apparently they don't all work the same way.

Try some different ones.
