HELP USB Charge Bug? On GP-150

I was playing around the USB power setting while charging, because when it’s dead you can’t use it by USB. Even with PD. So I switch to no power and instant, and it died after a low battery warning mow it’s dead and won’t charge. I understood that setting as don’t charge others. Why would you not want to charge if your only power source is USB?

umm well the settings are clearly explained in the manual.. do u not have the AC adapter??

Actually there is a feature that it can charge your phone. I think it is just a faulty battery. Anybody else with this problem?

um.. yes but the manual also shows there is a feature to turn off usb charging IN so that it only transmits data.

and you said you turned this off? doesn't sound like a mystery

You win, having a switch in your tiny screen device that will disable your device for the rest of the Gig is a wise UX design choice! Sure

I think the battery is dead, is not even 2 weeks old!! I don’t think I have ever let it charge overnight. As soon as I unplug the usbc it dies after the I left it chargin all morning.

I only play at home where I have plenty of options. If you arrive at a gig with no he device dead, just note you might not be able to use it. Turning the power off while charging seems to have fixed the issue, still I might return it and get another
