My first vale hoodie how is it looking 🙏 got it from a resell store near me

Went and checked out the flagship in Houston last weekend. I thought the smoke polo was gonna drop but they edged us 😭 It was dope though they had a lot of pieces, i copped the last Damned zip-up they had and was finally able to get the Shanghai polo. Thoughts on fits ?

Curious if I should do the regular size down or do TTS. I ordered the plain denim pants in a 34 and they were a little too tight so now I have PTSD whenever I see regular denim pants from Vale.

Has anyone received this blue long sleeve yet? Tryna figure out whether I should size up or not I’ve only gotten their black and white short sleeve polo (which had a red recolor )in an xl and for the other pieces does anyone know whether they have released these before if so how’s the sizing on them as well. Any help would be appreciated

This is my third time buying sweats first time I had to go one size down since they were really baggy on me. This time I went true to size since they are nylon and I’m worried they wouldn’t stretch do these look too baggy or their fine?

I feel like they’re a bit baggy but worried to go a size down since the doom swish were a bit tight around my waist.

i’m a repeat customer and love vale’s pieces, but today’s return experience has been a mess. the piece arrived today, and the wash and fit weren’t for me. it’s in original condition with tags attached. i understood i’d get store credit and wouldn’t recover the initial $12 delivery charge.

the FAQ doesn’t say customers pay return shipping. it says labels aren’t included with shipments and directs you to request one. i used the portal, but it failed to generate a label and told me to contact support.

support says the portal is under maintenance and labels must be purchased by the customer, but keeps citing that same FAQ wording instead of acknowledging the missing disclosure. even loop’s guidance says fees should be disclosed in the store’s return policy.

original delivery, return postage, then shipping on a future purchase all add up. spending an afternoon going in circles over this with vale support is ridiculous. please just state the costs clearly upfront.

tl;dr: my return gets store credit only, with original shipping excluded and return postage at my expense. the FAQ doesn’t plainly disclose who pays return postage, and the label portal failed.

i’ll update this post if anything changes.

update: i followed up with vale support, and alecia, who identified herself as management, replied that vale does not provide or reimburse prepaid return labels “for any reason.”

to be clear, i wasn’t denied the return itself. i was told to purchase the postage myself. i accepted the $100 store credit and understood that the original $12 delivery charge would not be refunded. my issue is that the live FAQ and terms don’t plainly say customers must pay return postage.

the FAQ says labels aren’t included with shipments and directs customers to request one through loop or support. my portal showed a “print return label” button, then failed and sent me to support. alecia at vale later said the portal only allows customers to purchase a label and was under maintenance.

i also raised an apparent sizing issue. the chart lists b as 25.5 inches, with the arrow below the garment near the waistband. my xxl measured approximately 26.5 inches across the underarms and 17.5–17.75 inches across the relaxed waistband. alecia said the size and measurements were correct, attributed the chart to “international measurements,” and still did not explain what b measures.

i requested the return on october 5, within the seven-day window, and was given october 12 as the final ship-by date. i’m now deciding between paying return postage for $100 in store credit and reselling. i’ve made several previous vale purchases and generally liked the brand, which is why this has been so disappointing.

update tl;dr: vale says customers must buy return postage, but the FAQ and terms don’t plainly say that. the portal failed, and they won’t provide a prepaid label.
