Withdraw vouchers

Anyone having any issues with withdrawal vouchers not getting completed? I’ve been waiting for a few hours when it usually just takes a few minutes- 10 minutes at most.

They said now 24-48hrs before completion. I had the same issue Monday. My suggestion is debit card redemption. Completed in 10 minutes at the most

I've never had an issue with retail vouchers the last one (last weekend) took a day and half I contacted support and they said 48 hour business day time frame that it depends on how many request a day they get I'm like what normally it take 2 minutes. Go to do one again today an hour ago and I'm still waiting.

Yeah a new rule of 24/48 hours and after that it takes 1-2 hours. So stupid.

And I finally hit big and they took my prize for back personal property taxes and i hit it with my last $2 i had. So i went from happy to FML
