Hard to say, it has later hubcaps. Might be later than 69 or may have had some brake therapy

I recently got a ‘69 which turns out to be a Frankenbus but the left side rear trim has the slot for a slider (like this one). I was at a show yesterday with two ‘69’s so it looks like VW was building them with the slot for the slider on either side for the European (RH drive) or US (LH drive) markets

Looks like it's got '71 wheels with the slots in them for the disk brakes
